First, check that you entered the correct mobile number (without the leading 0 — just the 10-digit number starting with 9). OTP messages are usually delivered within 60 seconds, but during peak network times on Globe or Smart, it can take up to 2 minutes. If after 2 minutes you still haven't received it, tap "Resend OTP." If the issue persists, try the password login method instead, or contact support@nutstar.best.

NutStar allows you to be logged in on up to two devices simultaneously. If you log in on a third device, the oldest session will be automatically terminated. You'll receive an SMS notification if a new device logs into your account — this helps you spot any unauthorised access. If you see an unexpected login notification, change your password immediately and contact support.
